As the economy develops so fast, many people have the problem of overweight. It is said that over 60% people are upset by their body shapes. Everyone likes to be a model. The ways to keep fit are various, the basic ways are walking more and eating less junk food.

随着经济的快速发展,很多人都有超重的问题。据说超过百分之六十的人受困与自己的体型。人人都想成为模特。保持健康的方法很多,最基本的是多走动和少吃垃圾食品。

People prefer to stay at home rather than go out after they go home from work. After working in the office all day, people get tired and would choose to stay at home, watch TV after finishing dinner. This is a common situation, people keep their bad behavior in the long run, they become fat easily. They should go out and go for a stroll, staying in the office all day is bad for your health, people should take a chance to exercise. Going out for walk is a good way to exercise your body.

人们下班回家后喜欢呆在家里而不是出去走走。在办公室工作了一天以后,人们觉得很累,选择呆在家里,晚饭后看看电视。这种现象很普通,长此以来,人们形成了坏习惯,很容易变胖。他们应该出去散步,整天坐在办公室已经有损健康,人们应该找机会锻炼。出去散步是锻炼身体的好方法。

We may find a lot of fast food restaurants today, as we are living in a fast pace world, we don’t have munch time to enjoy the food, so we like to buy fast food. Like KFC,the food in KFC is delicious, many got fried and taste good. Here is the problem, the food is junk food, it is harmful to our health. We should not eat too much. To save the time for lunch, people ignore their health, this should be noticed. Junk food makes people get fat and damage to their bodies. We must stay away from junk food.

今天我们发现有很多的快餐店,我们生活在快节奏的世界,没有很多的时间来享受午餐,所以我们喜欢买快餐。比如肯德基,肯德基的食物美味,很多都是炸过的。但是问题来了,那里的食物是垃圾食品,有害健康。我们应该少吃。为了节省午餐时间,人们忽视健康,这应该引起注意。垃圾食品让人变胖,损害身体。我们必须远离垃圾食品。

The basic ways to keep fit are useful, we should take a notice of them. There are other ways, and they are in the base of healthy diet.
