减肥的方法How to Lose Weight

As the economy has developed so fast, our life standard is much better than before, it is owing to the policy of reform and opening. Here comes the problem, so many people get weight problem, because of the fast food and unhealthy diet. They try everything mean to lose weight, but the wrong way to get fit brings opposite effect. We should figure out the effective way.

随着经济的快速发展,我们的生活水平比以前提高了很多,这多亏了改革开放的政策。问题随之而来,很多人患上肥胖症,由于快餐和不健康饮食。人们尝试一切方法去减肥,但是错误的方法反而带来反面效果。我们应该找到有效的方法。

To keep the healthy diet is the basic way of losing weight. When people get fat, they always refuse to have meal, instead, they choose to eat some fruit or even eat nothing but water. It is an extreme way to keep fit. As we know, our body needs nutrition to keep working, if we don’t have enough energy to fill in, our body gets damaged. The right way is to keep a healthy diet, we can have appropriate energy, like we eat what our body needs, the other rubbish is being refused.

保持健康节食是减肥的基础。当人们发胖的时候,拒绝进食,他们选择吃水果或者只喝水。这是减肥的极端表现。从所周知,我们的身体需要营养去维持运转,如果我们不吸取足够的营养,身体会损坏。减肥的正确方法是健康节食,我们可以吸取适当地能量,比如吸收我们身体需要的,其他垃圾就不要了。

We should also take enough exercise. Taking exercise not only keeps us healthy, but also brings us a good body shape. Keeping a healthy diet is not good enough, we also do some sports. We can take a jogging in the morning or take a stroll after finishing dinner. It is not right to sit in the chair all the time.

我们应该做足够的锻炼。锻炼不仅让我们健康,也让我们拥有好体型。只靠健康节食是不够的,我们也要做一些运动。我们可以早上慢跑或者晚饭后散步。长期坐在椅子上是不好的。

In a word, what we want to do to keep fit should on the base of doing no harm to our body. It does not deserve a certain time’s looking perfect at the cost of our health.

总的来说,为了减肥,我们所做的一切都应该是建立在不损害身体的前提上。为了一段时间的完美外形而损害身体的健康是不值得的。
